What is GR's policy about using associate links when I add a direct link to Amazon on my book page?

Direct links to booksellers are not permitted on book pages, with or without affiliate links.

I mean the links where it says Get a Copy, with Amazon, stores, links, etc.

Those are not manually added. Book links to other sites are customized on a per-user basis (each user chooses theirs), not a per-book basis.
