I don't know what else kills a werewolf. I was just saying, if someone else happened to read something that works, I won't be mad if it's used. But I plan on starting that book soon anyway. I just had to read for another BR and my in person book club first.

I just picked up this tid-bit on the Tri-W Tournament coming our way...Hey Sonia,
One of my team has a question about the triwizard tournament. Although my official spreadsheet is behind in assigning books, unofficially I have a handful of spots currently being read for and just one or two open in spells and classes.
She is wondering if the tri-wizard books will have to be started after the tournament begins or if we will be able to use the extra books that we will have by the end of this week towards the tournament.

Well, the house part, aka Maze, probably will require books to start after the tournament begins.
For the team part, all books that are still unused are game.
That's good. If we can fill some slots in with already read/started books then that frees up reading time for the house part. When do the Tri-Wizard thing start?
A reminder that I will be in Mexico the last week of the game. I'm not bringing my laptop. I don't know how much reading I will do. I'd like to think that I will get some reading done while lounging by the beach or pool. But we are going with several other couples. I won't commit to any tasks that I can't finish before I go just in case. I haven't checked the exact time this ends, but I think I'll be back in time to do some last minute shelving of anything I do happen to finish there. My company is paying for me to have international phone service while I'm there but shelving is tricky on a phone.eta: I just checked and I will back 2 days before this ends, so definitely time to post some read books. Too bad it doesn't go a week longer. I'll be on a business trip and will have lots of reading time there. Oh well.

Sorry I've not been checking in...I've read 10 books in the last 2 days...short ones but it's been a battle. Feel free to cheer us on to the end here...about 24 hours...maybe a bit less to go!

Sorry I haven't checked in. Been having some troubles at work, so I have been doing the job of three people. I am utterly exhausted and haven't picked up a book in a week! It is really bad right now. But the good news is that one of my colleagues will be back on July 3rd and the work load will be reduced to 1.5. Can't wait! I'll try to read a ton this weekend to make up for my neglect.

Any word or indication yet what the Tri-wizard tournament will be?
Started another buddy read. I know I keep pushing Silver Linings Playbook back. But I promise I will read it soon. The BR for that one doesn't start until 7/7 so I joined a couple of others in the mean time for the points and because they were books I wanted to read. I figured if I couldn't do anything for Quidditch and I can't read several books a week, I'll try for BR points. I've been lucky this round with them. 
Updated the SS with names slots anyway just in case. (never know as they might be needed for Tri-wazard) But I probably won't finish it for a couple of days.
