JanEyre9 If we participate in the tri-wizard maze can that book also be used for our team (McGonagall) for characters or tri-wizard tasks? or do we list it on our spreadsheet at maze?

Great Q...it goes down as Maze if it's used for that. We still get the point for the book though.

Next TriW genre is Crime.

Marybeth (narutofan14) | 262 comments Sorry I haven't been posting on here a lot lately. I finished a lot of my books that I had before July so now i'll be focusing on the ones that I have now. I'm not sure if any of the books that I am currently reading will fit any of the challenges but I'll look over them and see if any of them fit over the next couple of days. I;ll be working every day this week so I won't be able to post until the evenings this week but next week is my last full week of work before I head to college so I'll have some time to finish some more books,

Hey, sorry to stick my nose in...

If you started any of those books after May 12, but finished them after you were assigned to the team, they can be counted for Tower. ;)

JanEyre9 I feel like I'm on a reading high! I finished a book today for a TW task and did a quick audio for the TW Maze. Maybe it's leftover excitement from Harry Potter's birthday yesterday, lol. My daughter insisted we celebrate so we got ice cream :)

I think the turns have gotten a little mixed up! Looks like Sci-Fi is up for grabs. (Moving north or west)

message 1435: by Kate (new)

Kate (kcbond) | 643 comments Yes, the turns are all mixed up. It's somewhat of a free-for-all in terms of books because the of the need to move as quickly as possible. It's confusing!

I’ll move it to one of the other books for now...this is tough...all 4 books read for one task to count. I think pointwise TW yields us more points than characters, but it’s tough...

I’m thinking we need a bunch of shorter books in order to get this one done...

message 1438: by JanEyre9 (new)

Scifi-> Aliens MPG if we still need that for maze.

Could maybe work for Tri-Wi- Read a book with a sword on the cover (although the sword is only partly visible, so maybe not)

btw, just as a side note, if people want to join in the maze reading, we need to finish books fast. There's some rather snarky comments on that thread about me taking too long for this book. I am personally bowing out of the maze as I am reading for fun and really didn't appreciate some of the comments. I will be concentrating on our stuff for our Minerva team.
