Last night my husband asked if I wanted him to pick up a book for me for our upcoming vacation. I just stared at him. He laughed and said "ok, give me the titles." He gets me.

No worries. Since I never saw it on the task sheet to begin with. I just have it because it was on wait list for a long time and finally got to be my turn.

I plan to finish the "bottle on cover" book today. I keep getting side tracked from "car on cover" book. But I am more than half-way through.

I’m thinking let’s get the first books we need done and then maybe if we have an extra that doesn’t work for anything we can start one...or move things around to do so. We still have 0 points.

Tammie, if you find any other tasks it works for, let me know. Otherwise I might save it for after the game. Unless it works for a maze move at some point. But I am trying to stay out of there until I get caught up on a couple of task books.

I am behind on my yearly goodreads reading challenge. I thought I would do more reading while lounging by the pool in Mexico than I did. Must have been the margarita cleanse I was doing.

oh I found a better YA book that starts with R and ends with N! Well better in the sense that it's 250 less pages so I can finish faster. I can do Rain Reign and can finish by next week.

funny you should mention "2 for Half Blood Prince--Maddy and Mary"... I have been reading that book today. I had a feeling it is more needed than other books :D

He gets the obsession. He's a book lover also and a English teacher so we're often reading "together" or reading to our daughter, a budding bookworm :)

Karen--Wicked Bond is showing on the SS as read on 7/26. TriW books can only be used if finished 8/1 or later. Is that book recorded incorrectly? Should I take you off that one altogether for someone else to choose? Just let us know. Thanks,

I am reading Cinder at the end of the month for another group, so if no one else comes forward, I can volunteer.

I read Geekerella with one shoe - someone else was going to read for it so I used it for L's in the title. I can switch this around

Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know I am going on vacation tomorrow and am returning next Friday. I will have internet access to update books read but I won't be on as often during my daytime.

I am finishing one TW task book today and we're listening to another, Fortunately, the Milk tomorrow on our road trip. My daughter loves audio books which makes an 8 hour drive a bit easier for everyone! We're also going to listen to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for her first time but alas, I just read it in March and can't use it for this challenge. Reading is a big part of relaxing for my husband and me so there will definitely be plenty of book time. I'm aiming to finish 3 other books for TW tasks while away and promise to have all committed books read in time :)
