I requested it from the library. Since it might take a week to get here, I will leave it off for now in case someone else happens to have something.

I did find a "song" book and filled that in, but I will make it a lower priority until I finish others tasks books where all the spots are claimed.

The shards of broken glass with trees reflected on them on this cover don't count as "eerie or scary"?

Let’s remove from the party one and put Shan’s - The Choice there. I can’t get to SS til late tonight so if someone could move that would be great. We need to check the list too to make sure it isn’t on there twice.

I found 3 books last night...fairly short that were available on audio...included the war and seige ones. I’m going to try and get those done today before my others

For "main character is musician", can a non-fiction bio about a musician count? Or does main character mean it has to be fiction?

Mary the MODs said it was ok if the book is about that specific person. So that's a 'go'.

I've been a total slacker in putting my finished books in this thread. I swear I've been reading...all now on planning SS and double checked twice.

OK cool. I love music bios. I won't be able to look at library availability until Sunday. We're going to the Saratoga race track tomorrow.

Had a super fun day at the Saratoga race track yesterday. Also knocked out 30% of Sharp Objects on the drive home since my companions fell asleep and I cannot sleep on a bus.

Did you like it? "Unwanted wife" is one of my all time favorites, and definitely the best book from that series :)

Actually, if Shan's book is used for picture on cover, I can take spider in title

Glad I checked in here because I was just about to start a spider in title audio book.

I forgot about "gate on cover" I will listen to that and I'll look for "music" today. That's just going to be a matter of what my library has readily available. My "song" book will be up next.

Maddy, I did enjoy it The Unwanted Wife. It pulled at my emotions and had me cheering Theresa on when she finally decided enough was enough. (I also wanted to kick her father, Sandro, and his families ass)

Oh, I agree! Sandro got what he deserves, but her father could have used some ass-kicking :D And yes, somehow this book really makes you feel, does't it? I loved how she developed, how her personality evolved from a starry-eyed girl into a strong, grown woman. I reread it at least once a year, to feel those emotions again :)
