They are essentially the same book except that Wilson finally got to publish it under his intended name. I would consider it another edition.

Definitely. Much like many of Agatha Christie's novels were published under two (or more) titles -- Why Didn't They Ask Evans? is another edition of The Boomerang Clue. See?
