No one had any objections to a second round from Alice Cooper, so, off we go.

I have no idea what was nominated last time, or what won, but I daresay I could make a fairly good guess at it. It would maybe be nice if this time round we could try and have some more obscure tracks, some album only tracks or something would be good.

Anyway, choice is all your's. Noms as ever close on Sunday at 10pm.

This weekend I have some ritual ambient doom supporting a violin playing black metal singer - this could be interesting :-)

Are there any Alice Cooper tracks on YouTube? I can only find live versions and covers.

Sj's nom, is by The Spiders, not Alice Cooper. So Vincent was in The Spiders right enough, but Alice Cooper didn't exist at the time. That song was recorded in 1965, but Alice Cooper the band didn't exist until 1969, and he himself didn't take that name for himself until the early 70's.

In my book, that makes it illegible, but hey, who cares what I think :-)

You are right, of course Spacepig....i have 'heard' of other AC songs..but as odd as it might be...I've never been that much of a fan of his work..so never really paid much attention to the song titles..I can take or leave his music.

weirdly, (oh shight, here he goes again!) when i was small and starting to get interested in records and music, i had a s***list of four artists of whom i vowed never to buy any of their records. they were;
alice cooper - never did
marc bolan - coupla singles
rod stewart - never did (it's been a lifelong aversion!)

well, when i was a small boy, rod was already well into his seventies, so,no! the only fear i had of alice cooper was the fear of dropping into a tedium induced coma, so, no! thinking marc bolan was a singing sheep would have made him a little interesting, so, no! the answer is simple - i thought they were all shight!
at least dave bowie upped his game to make some 'no bad' records! :)
