Summer mini-reading challenge discussion

So, yesterday was day one of the summer mini-reading challenge (smrc). Dutifully at 3pm (approx), I rang my daughter Heather Eames (who is also participating in the challenge with me - but with her own list of books) and announced the official beginning of the smrc. My 1st book was All By Myself, Alone by Mary Higgins Clark. I was fairly certain of what to expect from this author, as I have read many of her books previously - and I certainly wasn't disappointed. A full review of the book can be found on this site, so I don't intend to reproduce it here.

I too have completed my first book, Alice, so now onto Be Careful what you wish for :D review of Alice to follow

I have completed B and so now onto C - a bit of a longer read at 500+ pages so might slow down a little :D
