Rather than putting dates for each section I've done it so that it takes into account that not everybody will necessarily have the book at the same time.

Right now I’m reading straight through

I see it as, first run through at least, it was written in this order for a reason (or not; but this is the way it's presented), might as well humor it. Afterwords, can go back through more leisurely, or see what others thought and how they recommend reading it. At lest then you can follow their arguments a bit better. Thanks for the heads up, and I am indeed reading straight through this time (again).
It is kind of [almost] amusing going back and forth between chapters about Tennis and Alphabet agencies though.
