Does the series end?

I just read A Curious Beginning and as much as I enjoyed it, series grow tiresome all too quickly for me.
Do her series ever have an ending?
The book did end really well and I get that it could be the end for me but I liked it and know, I would enjoy the next one too. For me, nothing is worse than a tv series that gets canceled and leaves you unfulfilled I worry that around book 5 I'll still be waiting for things to wrap up.
I do live for endings and I hate not finishing a book once I start. I look at a series as 1 book, which can get tedious around book 3 so pushing through book 5 will be an undertaking in restraint not to jump to the end.
As always recommendations for stand alones will not be unappreciated...
