Book Buying Addicts Anonymous discussion

I'm after some help identifying the prints and editions of the books in my personal library. I've searched around on the internet, but as every publisher is different its hard for a newbie like me. I'm going to keep reading up on it, but I would really like someone who could email back and forth with me. I could send a photo of the copyright page with my notes attached with what I think, and then they can mark them. I'd rather learn as well than just get someone to appraise (if that's the right word) for me.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by prints and editions? I know on many copyright pages it tells you. But my other idea would be to put the ISBN into both goodreads and Amazon and see if they're unique to the edition.
