First off, the book, because Worm isn’t a movie yet. But even if it was something else, almost never is the adaptation of a written work as good or better than the book (possible exception is LotT, Change My Mind). This is because visual media loses out on details that make a book so wonderful.

That said, if I’m suddenly in the Wormverse, I am finding a bomb shelter as quickly as possible: the death count is very high.

"The Ant And The Grasshopper" is the tale as I described it above, written by Aesop, only switching the pronoun as you pointed out because I like to think the world could use a little more female in it, both for the good and the bad. As to your usage of the word, where does a grasshopper being a stand in for a know-it-all come from? I've never heard it used that way and I'm curious.

I wasn't talking about a book. I was referring to my friend who seemingly doesn't remember the reference he was once given; and by you adding in a specific pronoun to your claim, would further my point in making everything related to this entire sentence personal.

And I'm quite sure you're very much aware that expression is used to reference those mindsets that are usually green, inexperienced, but in many instances condescending with their personal beliefs and statements made to others.
