Culinary Mysteries discussion

Glad to have found this group! I've been reading cozy mysteries for years now - Diane Mott Davidson, Joanne Fluke, etc - but always found them to be a little too precious and shallow; no offense to anyone. It wasn't until I found the Coffeehouse series by Cleo Coyle that I realized this genre could offer more.
So am asking: what are other book series/authors similar to Cleo Coyle's Coffeehouse series? Thanks in advance for your replies.

There are several coffee shop series listed there. I can refer you to some specific ones if you like! Cleo Coyle is one of my favorite authors and I love her Coffeehouse series. She is an excellent writer.
