The Burning Maze

Summer Reading

Rick Riordan What I liked best about The Burning Maze is the way the author kept the reader on their feet through the entire book. There was never a dull moment. I also liked the comedic relief within the book. It helped lighten the overall mood of the story. The book was also very descriptive and had a lot of great vocabulary. I picked this book because it was the next book in The Trials of Apollo series. Plus, I really love Greek Mythology, which is what the book is about. I would recommend this book to others, but I'd say read the other two books first. I'd recommend it because of the action and how entertained it keeps the reader.
