Safe Haven discussion

Safe Haven is about about a women named Erin Tierney who eventually changes her name to Katie Feldman to get away from her abusive husband. Katie escapes her abusive husband and leaves to a small town in North Carolina. At the small town in North Carolina she meets a man named Alex and his two children. Katie grows to be very close to Alex and his children, they help make her feel at home and safe. Later in the book her husband finds her and tries to force her to leave with him at gun point. They get into a fight because she obviously doesn't want to go and he points the gun at her but luckily before he pulls the trigger on her, she hits his hand and the gun fires at him and he dies. Then her and Alex get to live their happily ever after without worry.
