Bisky's Twitterling's Scribbles! discussion

Hi Twitterlings! Does anyone in our cohort have experience with trying to optimize their book's searchability by using specific keywords? I want to spruce up my book's description and keyword terms. I just read a good piece by Joanna Penn that said quite a few indies have had some success with this technique. Are there perhaps any "must have" words? Or maybe words that should be totally avoided because they cause your book to get lost? Thanks!
