Here I thought they would just need to gather a bunch of supernaturals for a battle, but they have to go on some quest to find the missing pieces of a necklace and find a sleeping demon. And all while being highly distracted by raging hormones... fun! (hide spoiler)]

Ch 23 (73%) - (view spoiler)[ Ok, so done with the quest - they've got all 4 pieces. I hope they don't accidentally break their own bond by having it. That would suck. I can't believe River has to be head of the packs now and he beat his uncle. I also wish they would tell us what the significance of being a "white wolf" is. (hide spoiler)]
Finished - (view spoiler)[ That was a weird battle. All that tension leading up to it, and then it was over really quickly because a bunch of characters we weren't expecting literally swooped in to end it. Weird. Also, was it just me or did the smut fizzle out after the first third of the book? We didn't even get a nice encore in the epilogue! I know, I know, I was supposed to be reading these books for the characters and the storylines, but......you can't just give me all that good smut in the beginning and then leave me with nothing all the way to the end! Ya know?? (hide spoiler)]

I agree, Felicia, what will we do not that the series is over? Did you see she has a new one coming out on the 24th this month?

I did see that! But I hate waiting for books. It's already bad enough having to wait a year between each YA book. Lol. But I definitely want to give it a try. Maybe we can give it a go next month?
