Captivated by You discussion

Hi everyone,
I am really glad to have finally found a place where I can read the messages of equally frustrated (and rightfully so) fans of S. Day while we wait for Captivated By You. Anywhoooo, I normally don't post (although I have read everypost on this forum), but I have decided to share with you some of the literature that I have discovered while waiting (and frankly being lied to) for a release date.

Also, I wanted to ask you if you could share any of your favourite series as well - that would be great & I would have more material to read. :)

There are 13 books out already and they are amazing!! You have check them out for yourself and give this series a chance.
A bonus - Nalini is someone who is always correct with release dates, is extremely friendly with her fan base, answers tons of mail & has an incredible amount of deleted scenes/extended scenes/free short stories on her website. Her Q&As with fans are also legendary.

Another amazingly romantic series by this author about a hot and possessive and sexy and dangerous Archangel and a mortal. Vampires included :p

If you want to read an awesomely romantic book from the guy's perspective,then OMG, this is it! I was crying, sighing, fanning myself and laughing my ass off throughout these books. Seriously, I haven't read another female author who can write a guy like Emma Chase does. Must give it a try!

This is a un-be-lie-va-ble. It is a psychological thriller with romantic elements which are more prominent later on, but I couldn't function properly until I read them all within a week. I admit I cry easily, but I needed 2(!) boxes of tissues per book... I have never felt revulsion and compassion and rage and love and more.. Seriously, you will at some point hate yourself for reading them, but unable to stop. The end is more than gratifying though - definitely romantic!

-- Brie Learns the Art of Submission: Submissive Training Center (Brie #1-9) - Red Phoenix (finished) --
The collection of the nine novellas about Brie's experience becoming a submissive. I found this author when I was searching for BDSM / SM novels done right. This more than met my expectations and the take on it surprised me.

-- Brie Embraces the Heart of Submission: After Graduation (After Graduation #1-8) - Red Phoenix (finished) --

This is sequel to the first series.

The author decided to continue with the series and this next installment was released on July 27th!

-- The Education Of... Series - Jane Harvey-Berrick (finished) --

The first book was not that great. It is about the affair of Caroline with Sebastian who is several months away from his 18th birthday. However, the book and its ending made me pick up the sequel and I was so glad I did. The book is set 10 years later when they accidentally meet again - it was one of those rare gems where the sequel surpasses the original by a million. Amazing, romantic, tragic, very sad at times, but the end is happy and optimistic.
