Light hearted cozy series by MaryJanice Davidson. The first book is Me, Myself and Why?. (There is a 5 or 6 page short story that is too funny for words. It's free I think.)

The MC has 4 personalities, but, because she also has a genius IQ (and one of her personalities is a master of martial arts) she works in a special division of the FBI. I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but thought I'd suggest it anyway.
