Logan looked at the baby's room. They had painted the walls yellow and gotten things that were for both boys and girls; since Pepper wanted the gender to be a surprise.
Robin went over to Logan, "Come on, you have to help me with dinner since everyone will be over soon." She hoped he wasn't having second thoughts.
Logan nodded and fallowed her to the kitchen. He kissed her gently and opened the fridge, "what are we making?"
He nodded and took out what they needed from the fridge, then the pantry, "palo said he can't make it," he informed her. Robin had insisted that Logan invite his brother.
SHe frowned but nodded, "Maybe next time." She knew making him invite his brother might not help Logan with his feelings but they had to try.
He smiled softly at her, "we can hope." He started getting everything ready and his skin slowly started to vanish. He hadn't gotten a hold of controlling it yet.
Robin nearly dropped the plate she was holding. His powers still scared her especially when they happened at random. "L-Logan.."
He looked at his hands and sighed, "I'm sorry," he put the stuff down and kissed her cheek before going into their bedroom.
Robin heard the door close and hoped he could make himself visible by the time everyone got there. She went back to cooking.
Salon, Mj, and a plump Pepper all stood there. Pepper's stomach was bigger then her frame should have allowed.
Salon smiled, "hello Robin."
Salon smiled, "hello Robin."
"Hi." Robin smiled and hugged Salon, surprised by how much she actually missed Salon her first few nights away.
"He's been great like always." She smiled and looked over at her brother and Pepper, "do you want to see the nursery?"
Robin rolled her eyes at her brother, but was glad he cared a lot about Pepper and the baby. "It'll be quick Mj."
"Thanks. If its a boy me and Logan can change it to a green color or something." Robin told her.
Pepper giggled, "I'm fine, I'll sit down if I don't feel good," she walked into the room and looked at everything, "it's so colourful."
Robin nodded and went over to the crib and picked up one of the stuffed toys. "Yeah, Logan and I didn't know if it would be a boy or girl so we just planned for both."
Robin thought trying to remember some of the names from the baby books Logan bought to help them get ready, "All I can think of is Percy or Phillip."
