Moloch | 3975 comments Hi, some time ago I used to be quite specific when inserting a secondary author's role (I would put Afterword, or Introduction, or Foreword), then I read (in this group, I think) that you should just use a generic "Contributor" for these cases.
Is that right? Now I can't remember if I really did read this rule or I imagined it! (I can't find it in the manual)
Thanks

Sandra | 31418 comments Never seen that written anywhere Moloch. That of course doesn't mean it wasn't.

To me, contributor is for authors contributing to an anthology.

I always list the other authors as you've listed them ~ Afterword, Introduction, Foreword or Preface.

If a specific role is known, I can see no reason not to mention it (or them).
