Years ago I read a book that was set in a post-apocalyptic region/town where nano-tech was a deadly threat. From what I remember had a bit of a western feel as well and the protagonist was a teenager. Want to say the title had sigma in it and the book cover had a metallic looking insect on it. Thanks for the help if you can.
