“My shadow?” Eliza looked to the right of the bar.
“Yeah. The man who acts like you’re a job but can’t seem to leave you alone. If it was anyone other than Neil I’d be afraid he was a stalker.” This conversation cracks me up. Not sure why but it does, and them bringing up the part from I think the first book, maybe the second when they went to the country bar and Neil had to save them from the country assholes…. I was expecting it to be about love and marriage but they through in some murder, which I like me a good murder mystery so this should be fun. I hope that Neil wakes up soon and lets Gwen know how he feels though. The poor girl is just throwing herself at him to no avail lol (hide spoiler)]
