From the Book to the Big Screen discussion

Talk about the movie here.

I didn't like this movie at all. I didn't like the book too much either but considering most of the good books that are turned into movies are bad, I thought this would be the opposite. I didn't like the changes they made and thought the movie was really boring.

I loved it! Are more movies coming out????

I loved the movie and The Mortal Instruments is my favorite series. The movie was different, as they always are, but I thought it was done really well.
A lot of the characters looked different than what I imagined them to look like when I read the books.

I really liked it but overall I was disappointed. They completely changed the final battle and ending. I did like the cast, the effects were great and some of the small changes were okay. But the big stuff was not okay and as a fan I was disappointed. If they followed the book and didn't change the battle or ending, it would have been great.

I was disappointed in the movie. I liked the books and the movie was okay. My husband who did not read the books thought the movie was good. I made him go. We always go to the movies together. I read the book and he does not. Then when the movie is over we discuss the movie. I would have liked the movie had I not read the books.

I was too, I was actually excited when I heared that there was a movie and I was DISAPPOINTED
