According to the summary:

This is the title of a novel contracted to Knopf, but was never published, supposedly over a contract dispute after which Koontz left Knopf for another publisher. It is not known if this title was published under another name, but it does appear throughout the internet because Knopf kept announcing and pushing back the publication date.

This book has never existed and likely never will. Koontz seems to have abandoned this trilogy. Book 2 was published in 1998 and we've had heard nothing since.

As far as I can tell, the book "Storm Front" by Dean Koontz does not exist and should be removed from Goodreads.

And if Storm Front does truly exist in some form, it is certainly not the third book of the Moonlight Bay series.

Dean Koontz has publicly stated multiple times, including on Goodreads, that the 3rd Moonlight Bay book has not been finished.

He has also stated multiple times that he has worked on the 3rd book and it is called "Ride The Storm"
