Hi - I just wrote a review for Gretchen Bonaduce's "Surviving Agent Orange." It appears on my profile but not in community reviews. Why? Also, two months ago I gave it a 5 star rating and it shows I only gave 2 stars. I changed this, but it still lists me as giving 2 stars in the rating list . Can this please be changed/updated? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi JB! Goodreads definitely won't change star-ratings on a member's behalf so I'm not sure what happened there, but I'd suggest resetting your password to ensure account security. After doing that, if you find star-rating changes continue to happen please let us know.

In regard to "Surviving Agent Orange" community reviews — what you're seeing here is a caching delay. Community reviews often only update much later than your My Books page. If it's not updated after 3 days though, please let us know.

In addition to that, the Author Feedback Group is not the best place to get this type of query addressed. In future, I highly recommend rather writing in to our Support team.
