Note: this is a very important thread and it is asked that you please read through it thoroughly and ensure you know it well. Please sign your name in the thread to ensure you've read the rules.

1. Be kind and considerate with your fellow members
This one is fairly straight forward, don't try and fight with your fellow members in the group. They're here to have fun and you should as well. If something starts up, give a moderator a quick message and they'll try and deal it out.

2. Roleplaying is a requirement
Many people understand this rule clearly, but some don't. This is a roleplay group, meaning, you must roleplay within it. Do not join the group just to talk to friends within the chat, please try and make a character to roleplay with.

3. Give your roleplay partners something to respond to
This rule streatches quite a bit. First off, don't try and give a quick reply of about a sentence or two. Please try a bit harder and try to write about three sentences. I'm not asking for a full on novel, just a bit much for your partner to respond to.

4. Stick to the plot
I've created this roleplay group with a plot in mind, please do not try and go off the plot very much. It's set in the medieval time period in a magical nature kingdom for a reason, not a modern Mars trip with aliens. Please stick to the plot.

4. Undefeatable characters are not welcome
Who in the roleplaying universe wants to roleplay around with a Mary/Gary Sue? I certainly don't! All characters have flaws and weaknesses, please make it that way. If you cannot, I will have no choice but to delete the entirety of the character and ask you to start from scratch. Don't make me do so, please.

5. Moderators have more rights than normal members
Moderators are chosen people I can trust, which means they have some rights you don't. I'm not saying this to be rude, I'm saying this because it's the truth. Here's some differences.
A. Moderators are allowed to create threads, normal members aren't. Please ask a mod or request in the location request thread for a thread to be made.
B. Moderators have every right to kick someone from the group if they aren't cooperating. Please do not get angry with them for you might get kicked too.
C. Moderators have every right to deny any requests you have made for the group (location, rule addition, character, etc.), for they have been giving their position for a reason.

6. Powerplay isn't wanted
Powerplay, for those who don't know, is the type of thing that a person does to ensure what they get is what they want. Being, they ask you to make your character react some why, they cannot be beat (hint rule 4), they know everything, they suddenly beat everyone and they take the place of a high ranking character and so forth. If I catch you powerplaying, don't expect me to be kind. I've dealt with them before and I will not hesitate to get on your side about it.

7. Archiving characters
We all understand that all people on Goodreads have lives. If you need to go for a short amount of time, please tell us here. This will ensure your character are not archived. What's the archive for? It's to ensure your characters are somewhere safe and warm where they cannot be harmed, but they aren't in the world of Xandra anymore. They can be brought back, yes, but there they are all safe and warm (voltron reference anyone?! ;).

8. Killing off characters
In order to ensure we have no confusion or anything happening within the group, you must consult a moderator before killing off your character. We will only allow characters to be killed off by other characters, they cannot just die without any trace. The following causes of death are allowed: murder, sickness, disease, execution, injury, suicide, old age, poisoning, bleeding, drowning, alcoholic beverages, and medical complications.

9. Questions & Concerns
Asking questions is never a wrong thing, it really isn't! Asking questions is what makes us human, so there's nothing wrong with it! But there is one thing that always seems to get on my mind: is the question downright stupid? No question is stupid, but for one thing do not purposefully make it that way. Doing so will make the question become deleted and a possible punishment will be placed.
