I didn't understand it fully but I am in.

I will do it again. I cleaned my bookshelfs today, I have so many unread books that I need to get to.

Simply you get put into pairs.
And you choose what your partner will read(not all of them but for this challange.) Then you read the books when you have the time and post reviews. Look in the october thread for an example.

2) contect your partner by pm on goodreads and ask how many books and if they have a shelf they want you to choose from(own ebook\own tbr\or simply tbr shelf)
3) read the books
4) review them shortly here.
