I've had The Dry in Mt. TBR for awhile now, and it would probably still be languishing there if it hadn't been chosen for this month's F2F book group :)

Given the rave reviews from so many of my book friends, it's almost sacrilege to say that I think they're ok. I'm working my way through the series, but I don't think I'm ever going to get caught up.

I'm glad I started them when I did. I think if I started them now given how Eve and Roarke's relationship started I'd probably not have read on. At this point I enjoy the characters a lot, but I have only read up to book 9. If I ever get caught up I'm not sure. I did really like Vengeance in Death and Holiday in Death. So I hope you at least like it :)

Have a wonderful month, Barb!
I also don't binge read because I begin to lose interest in the characters and the writing starts to feel repetitive. One a month is my usual that way I don't forget what happened in the previous book and don't get burned out.

I started listening to it this week, and I like it so far, although the Australian accent makes some words a bit difficult to understand :)

I meant to come back here sooner, but forgot until now. I highly recommend this book! It was a unanimous hit at last night's book group meeting, which rarely ever happens. I'm hoping to work Force of Nature into my reading plan soon, just so I'm caught up with the series :)
