Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments I do have most of these but I must read My Favorite Half-Night Stand by Christina Lauren as I have it as an ARC
The Naked Truth by Vi Keeland Perversion (Perversion Trilogy, #1) by T.M. Frazier

I'm glad we're on the same page!

Unfortunately, Christina Lauren's book will be published on December 4th so I don't have it.
Let me know when you want to start our BR and what you wanna read! :)

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments Do you want to use this thread or have a separate thread for the discussion?

We can use this one if you want.

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments Okay. If we use this one, will the next book also use this one?

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments I need to add a new audiobook I got today Hate Notes by Vi Keeland Another one Sweet Cheeks by K. Bromberg though I’m not sold on sweet cheeks. I got it as a kindle freebie

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments I’ve started this one.

I must admit that I’m not a fan of second chance romances. It’s usallu some stupid misunderstanding and miscommunication that separated them.

Now this asshole is coming in all extra confident like he is something she can’t avoid

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments I don’t want to like Gray and here he goes helping Henrieta 🙄. Why can’t he let me keep him in my asshole column? Of course anyone who still cares for and takes care of the nanny who cares for him as an infant or young man is worth giving a little consideration.

How did he end up in jail if he didn’t do the insider trading?
Her—-I get why she got in trouble. Attorney Client privilege is sacrosanct unless death is imminent if the attorney stays silent

I'm confused about which book you started reading! :)

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments I’m a sucker! I do like Gray after all. He was played and tricked. I appreciate the auntie for not dragging out why Gray was (view spoiler)

I would love to see Layla make an attempt with the sister. All her actions seem to defensive and coming from a place of hurt.

Ok great! I’ll start it later today (I’m also trying to finish my week 9 PtP but I’m struggling with it a bit!)

Chiara | 974 comments I finally started reading The Naked Truth by Vi Keeland and so far I have to say I'm enjoying it.
Vi Keeland is one of my go-to authors when I'm in the mood for a smutty lighthearted and funny story.. I've just read the first few chapters and I'm curious to know where the story is going..
I usually despise liars but I have to say Gray is quite charming so far..

Which chapter are you reading? Or you already finished it?

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) | 2657 comments I have finished it and while I really liked it, i see she has a “ formula”. This was familiar but like you, Keeland is an author I enjoy

Chiara | 974 comments I hadn't seen this "you have a daughter" thing coming.....

Chiara | 974 comments I finished it..there were a couple of things that were a bit too predictable but, overall, I enjoyed it. As I said earlier, Vi Keeland is a great author for funny and lighthearted books..Even when she deals with hard or sad themes, she does it in a way that is not too angsty or emotional. She usually follow the same pattern and every time I start reading one of her books I know what to expect.

I wish they didn’t make Max an Uber bitch, selfish and soulless. It doesn’t make sense that she has a daughter that she loves when she treated the dad like that.
I couldn’t reconcile that

I was also expecting to see some sort of confrontation with the guy that stole the money but that aspect wasn’t discussed at all..
