X | 8 comments I’ve been using an app, readercoin, to read and listen to books. A lot of the books on the app were also published by LibriVox or self-published by the authors on Amazon or Wattpad. As far as I can see they only have complete works on there, but some are extremely short (I.e. 55-second recording of a poem.) it sounds like every story there exists in epub format (they create an ePub file for authors to use) but it doesn’t seem like the files are available to download directly from the site for readers; only the authors of the specific work. What would be the policy on adding works from this site as books? Only acceptable for the books that are published on other acceptable sites? Or does this count as published?

Sandra | 31411 comments Wattpad is considered an acceptable source for published works, as of course is Amazon.

Thanks for your answer. To clarify my question, I know that WattPad books are acceptable, but not all books on this app are from Wattpad. I was wondering about the books published ONLY on this app - can they be added as books?

Can books available on Readercoin be accessed without a login?

Then they do not meet our criteria for publication, as they are not publicly available.
