I really enjoyed Suddenly You and hope you do, too. Really interested in your feedback about The Scarecrow.

Great list, Robin! Good luck with the new computer.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 4015 comments I read the Beverly Barton series ages ago, but I read them all out of order and skipped around missing several, reading what I picked up. Someday I'll reread the series in order.

Thanks Jonetta. I read Suddenly You several years ago and really don't remember much. I figured it was time for a re-read.

LOL. I'm reading the series out of order too. I saw the Dead By trilogy listed on fictfact, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've never read this author before. Well, it didn't take long to figure out that several of the characters have already had their story told. I looked around and saw that this trilogy is part of a larger series. So, I'm somewhere in the middle of the series.

I'm listening to the audio book right now. Not sure how I feel about the narrator. She has a very slow measured way of speaking. Many of the characters that have more than a sentence to speak at a time suddenly fall into this cadence. It's kind of distracting.

I really liked Beverly Barton. Her plots were more psychological and menacing. Good books.

Robin (robinmy) | 3478 comments I'm really falling behind in my reading lately. I've been off work for three days and have managed to read about 40 pages.

I did get a couple of books finished last week. First I finished Shadows in the Night by Heather Graham. I hadn't planned on listening to this book, but it was a 2-for-1 at the library and this was the first book in the set.

I finished reading A Dark Lure (A Dark Lure #1) by Loreth Anne White A Dark Lure by Loreth Anne White. It's my first book by this author, but it won't be my last.
