I am unsure whether all need to be listed so uncombined book is properly linked to all. I have noticed some combined books where combining seems incomplete. So thought safer to list all of those I found.

Just the uncombined book and one of the combined editions is enough.
If you notice the author is different, that is valuable information as that has to be fixed first before books can be combined.

Arenda | 26447 comments #63 skipped for now; I can come back later to this one, if no-one else does. It has to be established under which name the book was originally published. ETA: done

#64 done; one edition had a different title (also misspelled) than was written on the cover. I've corrected the title according to the cover and combined with that title (and left a Librarian note explaining, as there was no other source for this isbn than Amazon with the same mismatched edition.)
#66 done
#67 done, except https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3..., as that edition contains 3 books (Elmer and Wilbur / Elmer and the Lost Teddy / Elmer and Rose), even though the cover is the same as Elmer and Wilbur.

There is only one book in paperback Pleasure Cove (A Coastal Romance) Amazon link:

How can these be combined into one and keep my reviews?

"Christiane F." is part of the title.
