Finished my first summer challenge book...for a book with a Christmas setting I read the short but quite fun read of A Highland Christmas by M.C Beaton 3.5*

No problem Brenda - all fixed. I might end up changing my 'Reader's Choice' now I have another Aussie author in the list, but at least I can't go wrong with that one ;-)

Just finished my first book: Skipping Christmas. A bit of a laugh. I hadn't known John Grisham wrote anything light yet warm and fuzzy like this. 4 stars.

First one done. A good start, but not a cheerful one.
In My Real Name Is Hanna, author Tara Lynn Masih gives us a "Ukrainian Anne Frank", based on real, terrifying events during WW2.

An excellent read for adults and easy enough for YA readers, who should all read it!
