I hope to try and read 10 books before the end of the year. Has been awhile since I read a book just for fun. So will see how it goes.

Started yesterday and did finish Forever . . . by Judy Blume . I don't have an online TBR yet, but this was on my TBR. It was a quick easy read, but not sure why I had it on my list as I don't really care for romance books. This is about young teenage love.

Finished The Ocean at the End of the Lane. Wasn't what I was expecting. Kind of confusing at times and almost wished it was longer and went into more details.

This caught my eye at the library and thought it would be a quick read to try for my goal. Ghosts of Country Music Tales of Haunted Honky Tonks & Legendary Spectres by Matthew L. Swayne . I rated it 3 stars. I find reading about ghosts entertaining and did like it. It was about older country and the different places that are haunted.

Finally checked out 1984 by George Orwell and can't say that I was overly impressed with it. I really struggled with most of it.

I managed to get it a quick read The Testament of Mary by Colm Tóibín . This caught my eye on a another post. It is really outside my reading box. Trying to get my goal down. I did find it interesting and made me expand my reading.

Finished Projekt 1065 A Novel of World War II by Alan Gratz . Recommend by my 12 year old. This is his favorite thing to read about.

finished We Will Not Be Silent The White Rose Student Resistance Movement That Defied Adolf Hitler by Russell Freedman Got it for my son, but he likes more of a story. I decided to read for a quick read
