My poem, “The Radio" was chosen as a finalist in Naugatuck River Review's 10th Annual Narrative Poetry Contest. It didn’t win, ☹ but will be published in NRR in Jan, 2019. It’s about my experience on Pearl Harbor Day. I was 6 and living in Los Angeles.

For my generation, early boomer, where I was (in a jeep with a teacher listening to the radio) and happened the day JFK died are events that will remembered when my short term memory is corrupt. I look forward to reading The Radio

I have a poem about that day, too.
