Megan (lahairoi) | 7470 comments Just completed #1 (movie this year) - The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness. I feel emotionally wrung out from reading this book. Everything from the way the prose was written, to the descriptions, to the characters, to the way that bits and pieces of the backstory were revealed was artfully and masterfully done. And even though I burst into tears at the thing I never wanted to happen but knew would happen and my heart broke, this is still one of the best books I've read in a long time. Going right into the second book now. Definitely worth reading! 5 stars

5. a book with at least one million ratings on Goodreads - Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (finished 2/9), I didn't mean to reread Twilight (I was only going to read a passage), but I couldn't help myself. 500 pages later, I realized it at least fits a prompt, lol, there are around 5 million ratings.
