Christian Ladies Book Club discussion

Hello Ladies! I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving holiday!

I've gotten a bit off track with various things lately between child, work, and husband totaling his car by hitting a cow that got on the road at night (yes, you read that correctly...a cow, not deer...a cow! lol). I'm thankful he came away from it unscathed. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the cow or the car.

I know we planned to read A Song Unheard for November. I delayed the start to allow some who were late getting copies of the previous book to finish. In the meantime, my life caused additional delay and for that I apologize.

I'm ready to start back up and hope you all are as well! Let's begin this last week of November and extend through December. There are 29 chapters total. If it works for everyone, I'd like to plan on finishing in 4 weeks, with the 5th week being a "catch up" week if anyone needs it.

I will create a weekly post with questions and/or comments about the chapters read and welcome any feedback anyone has to share. Let us know what caught your attention, share your thoughts and any insights gained.

In each topic heading, I will notate the week and the chapters it contains to avoid any spoilers for anyone that may not be that far ahead. I really enjoyed the previous book and am looking forward to this one as well!

I'm almost through the first book. Took me a while to get into it, but am enjoying it at this point. I'm at the beginning of Chapter 18. I do already have the next one to start straight away after completion of this one.
