Rachael (allons-y-bookworm) | 4752 comments Like before, my goal is going to be 70 books but I'm sure I'll read more! I will post here after I finish a book and also do monthly progress reports and regular updates about the number of books left in my TBR pile.

New goal = 80 books!

I'm excited too!
Unusually for me, I haven't really planned what I want to read in 2019. One book will definitely be Dark Age (the fifth book in the amazing Red Rising series) but I have to wait until July until that's released. What are you looking forward to read in 2019?

message 4: by Rachael (new)

Rachael (allons-y-bookworm) | 4752 comments Yes, I think my main aim is to read books that I've had on my shelves for quite some time. I'm quite looking forward to being a bit more of a mood reader as previously, I have planned the majority of my reading in advance.
I enjoyed The Handmaid's Tale and I hope you do too.

It looks like we both need to read The Sin Eater's Daughter. I want to have it read before the NYALF but I'm not having much luck in the YA Fantasy department at the moment so I don't hold out much hope in that.

Yes it is! But I keep buying more books... I can't help myself!

Marc *Dark Reader with a Thousand Young! Iä!* (marcthedarc) | 660 comments I have the same problem. At least I get most of them used so as not to blow up the budget. I also constantly borrow more from the library than I have time to read and thus keep deferring all of the owned books that I want to get to.

Oh well, It's a good problem to have in the grand scheme.
