Hello all,
My first post, so thanks for having me.
I live in Brisbane and have recently had my first book published - Duty Nobly Done. It was published through Big Sky Publishing.
The book is historical non-fiction, but is written in a narrative style and follows the true stories of 11 young Aussies who fought in the Great War - from the first shots at Gallipoli to the last battles on the Hindenburg Line.
It took over 6 years of extensive research and travelling to weave their stories together against the back drop of the First World War.
I appreciate the opportunity to present this book here and hope you will enjoy getting to know these men and perhaps obtain a more personal understanding of the type of men who fought in this war and how it changed them and society forever.
