Yes, it's the latest Aurora Teagarden mystery. I'm waiting for the library to let me know it's available.

Relentless by Jo Leigh was the first book in her In Too Deep series. Some sites show this one as the second book. I believe some other characters (friends of Kate) had their own story as part of another series.
