If a human died in a vat of pickle relish, would they float or sink?

Not sure, but relish i.e. vinegar and sugar is denser than water. so it is possible that the body would float. It also might depend on the person's body. I he/she muscular, fat, thin, etc. Heavy boots, work belt, etc would also make a difference.
