Today's game is going to be a bit of a challenge and might require a but of team work to accomplish. What better time of year to have a little bit of group camaraderie?

Note: Given the challenging nature of the game, you definitely don't need to get a book correct in order to count it for participation for the team game. Just participate in the process (give hints, share ideas, make a wild guess, etc.)

Of the 18 left, only 5 are on my radar, but I haven't read them.

I try to enter this competition every year (the prize is a £250 gift card you can only spend on books!). I always have fun working out as many answers as I can but it really is a challenge. It reminds me of cryptic crosswords which I also find interesting but usually too difficult for me.

Sabrina, that was definitely my first thought for that clue too! 😂

Chrissy, I think the fruit in that image is supposed to be (view spoiler)[an orange (hide spoiler)], so that might be a hint to the answer.

Wow, this game is really hard! Good thing it tells us if we're right or wrong when we guess. Honestly, I found it very hard to read a lot of the clues, even after clicking on them to try and get a bigger picture, and I got quite a few of them by just guessing. Here's what I have:

So hard! I got 4. No idea about the rest!

I only got one. This one is too difficult for me. After looking at some of the answers I can see I don't know many of the titel or haven't read the books, so that makes it somewhat impossible to guess any of them.

Me too. I saw the list and thought, oh I'm just uncultured. I'm ok with that. I still think RIP Fluffy is the other one mentioned in this thread and no one can disavow me of that!

I only got 4. After looking at others’ posts, I could see that I might have gotten a few more with more perseverance, but some I never would have gotten. Fun though.

I looked at it but had trouble even reading the signs, much less figuring them out. Found it rather confusing.

I looked at the answers and I only read one of the books and that isn't even the one I got - (view spoiler)[ Or at least I don't think I read the one that I got....I can't remember which of his books I read. Between seeing the movies and reading the books I get confused with which Stephen King books I've read and most of them I read when I was like 14 (hide spoiler)]
