No? Never mind, you can still take part in this challenge ☺

This challenge will be a reading challenge which runs from September 1st to September 30th inclusively, results will be announced on October 1st ☺


This game involves a board made up of hexagons, in each hexagon is a letter.
To play this game, you simply read a book whose title starts with the letter shown in the hexagon. Once you've read that book, you can cross off the appropriate hexagon.
The aim of the game is to make lines across the board by reading books and crossing off hexagons ☺



Lines can be made in a variety of ways, as long as the hexagons touch each other.

Example:





Scoring-
*1 point for each book read and reviewed
*1 bonus point if you buddy-read your book
*5 bonus points for completing a full line (up/down, or side to side) (Examples above)
*5 bonus points for every 1000 pages read.
*10 bonus points if you complete the full grid.

Rules:
* Books must be read between September 1st and September 30th inclusively (Books started before September 1st will not count - please make sure that your 'date started' on your review is within these dates)
* You can only use a book once.
* Books must have 100 pages or more to count.
* Manga, picture books, books with more pictures than words do not count. You may read non-fiction for this challenge, but if your book has mainly pictures, you will not be able to use it (eg: a cookery book which is mainly pictures would not count)
* 1 reread allowed
* Only the first letter of the title can be used, example 'Sweet Evil' would only count for 'S'. If a title starts with the letter 'A', or the word 'The' (example A Room with a View or The Distance Between Lost and Found ) then the second word in the title may be used (A Room with a View could be used for 'R', The Distance Between Lost and Found could be used for 'D')
* Buddy reads must take place in our group to count.
