Finished my first read which I gave 5 stars

If you get to Soul Screamers sometime this year let me know and I'll read it with you! It's also one of the series I need to finish. I really love it, so I don't know why I never finished it.

I hear that about a lot of series! I don't know what is wrong with me lately? *shrugs* I use to be on top of my series and would counting the days until the next book came out...now...I am lucky if I even purchase the second or last book and could care less??

See I'm still on the side of wanting to finish all the series but I just don't seem to read them even though I do want to. It's why I went through all my series and made my series list.

I remember loving the first book of that series Kay! But its been so long I dont think I could read book 2 without a reread. Tell us how book 3 is though!

I finally finished Sever. Although it was slow going due to me not having a lot of time to read I loved it. All the stuff from the previous books ended up coming back to me as I read and it was an amazing end to the series.

That's so great to hear, Kay! It's always kind of frustrating when you're reading a sequel and things from the previous book are just out of reach in your mind. Plus, you finished another series! Yay!

Also finished and it was actually pretty disappointing. I lost interest in it and only finished it because I wanted to see how it would all end.

Finished another series from my challenge as Forbidden Fruit and Eden Conquered were books 1.5 and 2 in the Dividing Eden duology.

Up next: my only issue is I don't remember much of book 1, it's been so long since I read it.

I finished and I absolutely loved it. I was unsure whether to continue this series or not to be honest as I remember being a bit meh when I read it. It got a 3 star rating from me as I thought it was slow and dragged out. I am so so glad I continued with it as I loved book 2. It was so much better than the first book.

Jumping straight into

I’ve decided to put The Forever Song down for the time being. I have it on my kindle and I just find I enjoy reading physical books so much more than e-books. The paperback is on its way and should be here in a few weeks (I ordered the Australian edition so my covers match) and I’m going to wait for that.

Makes sense Kay! I prefer hardcopy too.

Glad I'm not the only one. I've found that I only really read indie books and e-arcs I get on my kindle, anything other than that I prefer to have the physical book.

I finished two more series this month (Paper Gods and Dividing Eden); I started one new series (Shadow and Bone Trilogy) and I am currently mid-series for one (Blood of Eden)

Its the easiest way for me to read at work a lot of the time so Ive been reading on my phone a lot more lately, plus I get library ebooks, but hard copy is still better.

Two series done, yay! You're doing great! Meanwhile, how many series have I finished? Zero, probably lol.

My third in the blood of Eden trilogy arrived yesterday so I am going to read it after I finish my current read.

Honestly have had the slowest reading month this month. I've only read two books. I think it may be because I was rewatching Game of Thrones from the very beginning in preperation for the final season so I spent the majority of my time watching that instead of reading. I have finished that now though so I am back to reading.

I'm about half way through and I am hoping to get this and another book finished before the end of the month.

Slower reading months happen! It's all good! You've loved what you have read and I know you enjoyed your rewatch of GoT! That's all that matters :)

That is very true. April should be better as I’ve got 17 days off work 😍

I am so jealous Kay! I'm going to work a few 16 hour days this upcoming week.... But as it stands right now I have 9 days in a row off end of April beginning of May just because how my schedule falls!

I am so ready for my 2 weeks and a bit off. I've felt to run down these past two weeks which is why I haven't really been online much. I can't wait to just take some time and read.

I've finished and gave it 4 stars. I am so glad I caught up on this series. I forgot how much I love Julie Kagawa books. And I finished another series. Hurray!!

I’m struggling with it a bit to be honest but I’m gonna give it a few more chapters.

That's not a good sign for me...

I mean it’s okay... the storyline is intriguing but I’m just not gripped. It’s based in Japan and I just can’t wrap my head around the mythology behind it. It doesn’t really explain it and I’m a bit lost.

So I gave up on I just wasn't enjoying it :(

However, I have read in one sitting. I loved it and it's another of my series finished hurray!!

Up next I'm going to be reading I'm not sure how I'll go with it. I remember loving the first book when I read it years ago but I am not a big lover of contemporary books anymore so we will see.

I've also finished and adored it. It was absolutely fantastic and it totally broke me. The wait for book 3 is going to kill me.
