Lawson is the poster child for the privileged and spoiled. Having been raised with access to lots money he became rather used to having the luxuries of high-quality clothes, a castle to live in, servants to wait on him and whatever else he could think of off the top of his head. This treatment led Lawson to think of himself as better than others, inciting a lifetime of arrogance and vanity. In that sense he is a product of his environment and upbringing, To him condescension is nothing but second nature. He tends to put himself first, it would require a deep connection for him to place the importance of another person above that of himself.
Lawson often finds himself listening to gossip, relishing in in the drama. He himself is very obviously melodramatic, his reactions tend to be far grander than reasonable and he acts far more emotional than most people. Tell him something sad and he'll bawl, tell him something happy and he'll be elated, embellishing every passing feeling is his calling card. In moments in which he finds himself bored Lawson becomes a very obnoxious person, he prefers to be entertained and thus will bother others until they find a way to entertain him. It is in such moment he also comes off as rude and even somewhat inconsiderate.
In spite of his careless and seemingly unthought out actions, Lawson is genuinely a clever person, he just never thinks about his actions and therefore never allows anyone to know how smart he can be. In a pinch, he can be just as quick-witted as any other person. He also flirts with people a little more often than he should and though he may believe he is as charming as can be the reality is somewhat debatable.

Son of Rueben Cebira’s first wife, Celine, Lawson was the last to be born before his father moved on to a next wife. He was born mostly out of a hateful relationship, Celine and Rueben were already living their time apart, though to maintain the public image of a strong Cebira family empire, they didn’t announce anything until a few months after Lawson was born.
However, the youngest of the first marriage did have its perks, he was the beloved one, the adorable one, and he abused that power to its full extent. That was until his father remarried another and more children were welcomed into the family. Lawson doesn’t consider his younger siblings as brothers or sister, instead as threats to him and his older siblings who should have a stronger claim on heritance.
As mentioned before, he is very spoiled, regardless of his age, he would still act like the youngest sibling, picking fights with others then rolling on the floor crying, proclaiming that he didn’t start it. And he rarely gets caught out.
Lawson, finishing off college, declares himself as life of the party and whatever problems come his way, he directs them to his father for him to clean up. He doesn’t like to keep his hands dirty, but in the quiet solitude of his studio apartment (because dorms are so bland), he does dedicate ample time to study and remain ahead in his classes. He secretly enjoys it, the studying, the reading, but would never declare it to anyone. He decided to suspend his studies and enjoy the comfort of the Golden Suite Resort and Spa. Lawson doesn’t know that it has been opened up to guests of other classes, instead he believes that he will arrive to the high standard of celebrities and such.

As expected of herself, Serena presents herself as charming, carefree and likeable, and she's polite and friendly by nature. It's safe to say that nobody dislikes her, or at least to her face. However in the music business, she plays people to her own interests to protect herself, and everyone she is on good terms with brings her some sort of advantage, whether it be friendly relations or a sense of satisfaction or superiority, though she's not aware that this might hurt people. There's no denying that she is talented, hardworking and ambitious, though not exactly in the right ways.

Born to British father and Chinese mother, Serena was born in Oxford, England and attended an all-girls boarding school until she graduated. Instead of going to university like her fellow classmates, she decided to sign up for Chinese X-Factor in Shanghai, China. It pleased her mother who wanted her only daughter to reconnect with her roots and expand her singing abilities (not to mention language skills). Her father on the other hand would’ve preferred her to choose a professional vocation that would get her employed, not galivanting around in a Chinese show to later come home emptyhanded. But Serena knew she could get far. So by age, 19, Serena moved to Shanghai and start preparation for the show.
It was no surprise that Serena’s beauty and history as a Chinese-British coming home to compete enchanted the viewers. It helped ratings too, so the judges made sure Serena was always dressed fabulously. In a way, they did meddle to have Serena remain on air. But Serena didn’t let them mess with her vocals and her song choice. Every time she would perform, she could sing in both Chinese and English. It placed her above the competition and even secured her chance to win the whole thing. However, a contestant found out about the network helping Serena, and with video, email evidence of the correspondence between network and producers, they unraveled the whole thing to Shanghai News.
To avoid scandal, they dropped Serena before the finale, shunning her from ever singing on live TV again. Serena, disheartened by how they manipulated her, came back to England, went to university and with her father’s funding, created an album. It sold various copies, mostly in the Asian market given the language she sang in. in that album it spoke of a personal apology to everyone who believed in her in the X Factor, and wished she could do it all again. In reality, her lyrics blasted the manipulative system that was the music industry and in her music videos this was expressed explicitly. Fans reached out, and soon the album rose to top #2 for a month straight.
After months of touring in Asia, Serena decided for a break, and given her father’s contacts, decided to do it in the Golden Suite Resort. It would be free of paparazzi and she could relax after the whole battle she’d done. Anything to avoid another scandal…

Phillip may seem intimidating at first because he's so tall but once you meet him you'll find out he's the sweet and playful. He is the kind of child that barely gets by with most things. He is loyal to those who he trusts. He means no harm to most people, and won't hate you unless you stab him in the back by full choice. He is actually really intelligent, just that he doesn't like using his brain to do things. He can be hungry a lot, as he moves around a lot. He acts tough around almost everyone, always shutting his emotions in. It will have to take a right person to reach him.

Both parents of Phillip are professional gymnasts, though only regional champions. Due to their shortlived careers, they decided that Phillip would be the one to get further than they ever did. Luckily for them, he enjoyed the sport. When he was five, he’d swing on the monkey bars and jump on the trampoline for hours on end. They soon realized that Phillip could be a gymnast prodigy and wasted no effort to delay the process.
By the age of fourteen, Phillip had competed in regionals, then by sixteen surpassed the national championship. The Olympic Committee asked him to represent and compete in the following Olympics. He only had a year to prepare, and his parents made him work 14 hours a day. In one of the training sessions, he broke his shoulder, overextending it on one of the bars. He had to get surgery to fix the shoulder, but it didn’t feel the same.
Nevertheless, he went to the Olympics, he was on painkillers before and stopped right on the Opening Ceremony to avoid getting tested positive for doping. He did his set, and managed to scrape a third place. But for his parents, it wasn’t enough. They already want to train him for the next Olympics. Right now, his doctors advise him to rest and offered the Golden Suite Resort as a good place to go. It has a spa to ease the shoulder pain, all exclusive. His parents hesitantly agreed.

Her parents advised her to find a wealthy man to marry, the idea seems absurd to Sloane and she is instead trying to learn how to work, but if she finds love in the process, who is she to deny that.
Sloane has always been a very popular heiress with the general public due to her bright personality, she's never been seen as down to earth since her life is so lavish, but fans did recognize that she wasn't as spoiled as the average heiress. She is extremely kind and open-minded. Sloane would go to meet and greets regularly and spend hours talking with fans. She also loves responding to fan mail and reading about her followers' lives seeing as they're so different from her own.
Sloane has a surprisingly great work ethic and high spirits. Though she may not have a natural gift for handy-work she has the drive to get better at it. She almost sees this learning process as an adventure. Though she isn't the typical heiress, she still obviously isn't a typical citizen. Her quirks make her fun to be around, and her experiance with being a fallen heiress make her wise.

Summer's parents were just average people, they enjoyed a simple life in a nice beach town in Florida. They knew even when Summer was very little that she was going to charm the world. That's exactly what Summer did, she began making videos on Youtube and the world fell in love. She went to award shows as a presenter, befriended celebrities and her following kept growing. Summer's life was perfect for years. Until her public life became an issue when she met a super fan, Nathan Moore.
Summer loved meeting fans, however, Nathan went a bit overboard and would show up at her favorite coffee shops, or follow her home. At first, she'd just ask him nicely to respect her privacy and he would leave, but the longer this went on the harder it was to convince him to leave. After about 9 months of these encounters, Summer hired a small security team. The security team deterred Nathan for about 6 months. Nathan quickly picked up on this and began leaving letters and little gifts on her doorstep.
While all of this was going on Summer grew close with one of the men in her security team, Phillip Lopez. They began quietly dating despite Nathan's stalking. After Nathan left a particularly creepy letter, Phillip convinced Summer to get a restraining order. After the restraining order was filed Nathan left her alone, and she publicly announced she was dating Phillip. Their happiness didn't last nearly as long as Summer would have liked.

She quit making videos even after returning home, not because she wanted to quit, but because she couldn't make it through filming anything without thinking about Nathan or Phillip, and it tore her apart to think about either of them. She's still the Summer everyone fell in love with, but she now was that Summer with walls.
Summer was trending upon her return home and everyone eagerly awaited her return to social media and youtube so they could get a glimpse at the survivor of the unspeakable tragedy. Someone high up in The Golden Suites' team extended an invitation to her, a way of offering her salvation from the public. Her family decided it was a good idea and sent her to the resort and spa with a therapist.

Elsie has used her privlaged life for the good of those not as fortunate.
How does a spoiled heiress become a generous volunteer? When Elsie was really little she was at an event with her father, who was busy talking business with some random men. She wandered off and out of the beautiful venue to find a homeless woman and her two kids huddled together trying to keep warm in the winter weather. A security guard forced them away from the building as they begged for shelter of any kind because the local homeless shelter was over capacity. It broke Elsie's heart even as a kid. She never forgot that and she was constantly looking for a way, no matter how small, to help people like that.
Elsie is a proud Cebria. She is a lover and almost never a fighter. You'll almost always catch her wearing relitively cheap clothing, she doesn't shop designer. Elsie also loves working with kids, she tries to teach rich kids about the struggles of homeless and other people born with far less than they were. Elsie is kind and generous, but she still knows the image she is supposed to keep up for her family. She is the heiress she's meant to be AND the activist she wants to be.

Her dutiful nature though, this is what she's so well-liked for. People regularly count on this and her responsibility when they're in need of support.
Nobody's perfect of course and Celine has rotten moods and days too. Her disrespectful nature and disconcerting nature sour the mood many a time, though more on a personal level than for others.
Fortunately her gentleness is there to relift spirits when needed..

Usually, people indulged her and gave her the answers she wanted. Celine’s very trustworthy as well; half the information she knows is secrets she will never tell. Celine will keep any secret you tell her, and she's happy to do so. Knowing that other people trust her with secrets is important to Celine, and she world never betray another's trust. Secrets are secrets, and Celine understands this perfectly. But she couldn’t shake away the curiosity to know more about the mysterious Cebira. So she did, and she fell hard for him. They dated for a few years before he popped the question to her. Celine obviously said yes, and then children came. They had a great marriage at first, together they did the design for the resort and Celine helped build what would become a lavish getaway for celebrities.
She used to be pretty naïve about the world, but after finding out about her husband’s personality and true colours. She realized how stupid secrets are, and how they hurt you more than anything. So she keeps to herself, often going to Golden Suites to reconnect with her children. She realized how money and publicity has affected them and wishes a normal life. But knows that they would never give up their family name for a piece of normality. Sometimes she drowns herself in alcohol and painkillers to hide the pain of being a horrible mother. For what, some may ask? Because her former husband always made her feel the lesser being in the relationship.
