Do we use tineye for verifying color, Alison?

Tineye doesn't always get things right though (and everyone hates it) so there's also a thread in the captains group where we can check with the other captains if a book works for a colour or not.
If in doubt post the cover here and either the team can make a call or I can go ask the other captains.

I can take MPG Mystery and Murder occurs in the Feb. Mini Challenge! I should finish Shinju (perfect for murder!) by Friday and I have a few possibilities for MPG Mystery that I'll finish by the weekend. 
Fab thanks Lauri. I thought my current read would cover the murder one but it turns out the person who just got bashed over the head with a hammer isn't dead :oAlso pretty sure I'll finish it before Friday.
I can maybe take the MPG science task. I'm not a big fan of non fic but I'm sure the library will have something. Feel like I should also have a book with a MC in the medical field but I can't think of it off the top of my head.

Hey Crumb! I'm only about 30% through, but I love it so far; it's amazing. The story talks about race, prejudice, discrimination- from "white trash" to blacks, from poor to privileged, and from uneducated to properly schooled. There's some irony in there when it comes to education. The story switches between the 1950's to the late 1960's- beginning with Kya's childhood and then switching over to the murder. It's 5 stars for me at the moment. I feel it building it up to something big, and I'm excited to see what it is! :)
And I think we're all up to date. I've used Vanessa's Hello, I Love You for the Blue 3. I've also added a tab on to the tracking sheet for the mini so you can see how we're doing. Until the end of the month when you're doing a completion post can you also add what tasks or letters it fits for the mini and why?
Crumb, a spell it out is pretty similar to what we've been doing for Uno, We need to read a book that fits each of the letters in the word. A book fits a letter by having a title, character name, author name or series name beginning with that letter. So for example, If the word was CRIME we could do the following:-C - The Thin Man - Main character surname Charles
R - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone - author surname Rowling
I - I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You - title starts I
M - Murder at the Vicarage - title starts with M
E - Pride and Prejudice - character first name Elizabeth
The below is an extract from the official rules so you know what's allowed
Spell-it-out rules
For this mini-challenge, you are using the same rules that apply for UNO. So a letter needs to be the first letter in the book title, author first name or surname, character name or nickname, or setting. Articles (a/an/the) can be ignored in the book titles. For this spell-it-out, you can also use the first letter in the series name.
