They were interesting. It took me a while to get into the book because I am not a fan of her writing style.

I read it a while ago - I thought she took leaps to back up her theory. Some of the evidence wasn’t “evidence” as such, but supposition presented as fact. It read well as fiction though. I have to say I loved her books when they first came out and attempted to reread them last year. Didn’t get far as they were just awful. Scarpetta is certainly no Kinsey Milhone!!

Hi Melissa - that's wonderful! I've had it on my list to read - I originally wanted to do it as a buddy read but I couldn't get ahold of the book - but it's on Scribd now, and I can.

When do we know who won Uno?

The spreadsheets close in an hour or two, and then the mods go through everything before its official. I dont envy them that job! But I think we will have a fairly good idea in a few hours once the spreadsheets are locked

The points still say we are in the lead. I guess we got the lucky Uno hands this year! But whether that changes or not, thanks for being such a great team - I really enjoyed reading with all of you!

I agree! All any team can do is finish every single thing - which isn't easy! After that, it all comes down to luck :)
