Jesse clucked to the young gelding, giving a light flick of the lunging whip to him to encourage him to move forward. O'Malley snorted but responded, lengthening his stride and picking up the pace a little, giving a slight toss of his head before lengthening his neck again. Jesse was working him in side reins today, the horse fully tacked and working well - his re-training had been slow but he was really starting to get there now. He hadn't had time to ride him today, so he had decided to work him in the round pen on the lunge line. His balance was fantastic, and though Jesse was more of a jumping fan he always worked a lot of flat with his youngsters. It was the most important part of training, and it only helped a horse get better and better at jumping. O'Malley didn't have as much scope as G did, he had a big stride and jumped as much as he needed, but he was still learning to use his power and all that jazz. His dressage was going fantastically however and he worked easily on the bit when ridden, but Jesse liked to work him in side reins to keep him working in his outline and engage himself properly. The bay flexed his neck again, accepting the bit and chomping slightly, striding on into a canter as Jesse gave another flick of the whip.
He worked the horse a further ten minutes on either side before removing the side reins and walking the horse a few laps to cool down and let him stretch out his neck. He unclipped the lunge line and watched the horse take a roll, grinning slightly at the heaving and grunting and groaning of the horse as he rolled back and forth, coating himself in dust. Jesse chuckled and waited for the beast to rise again, coiling up the lunge line and moving over to him to clip the lead back on. It was warm enough to give him a good bath, but he didn't have a whole lot of time at the moment so it was best to give him a decent brush off and leave him for today. Jesse gave him a good pat on the neck, rubbing the centre of his forehead at the horse enjoyed. The gelding buttered his nose against Jesse's shoulder, seeming to ask if they were done now. Jesse chuckled again and gathered the lead, pushing open the gate, "Yeah all done now gramps," He joked and led him out and toward the barn.
The horse snorted again, stretching out his neck and walking alongside Jesse in a relaxed manner. He was looking fantastic at the moment and Jesse was proud of the lad, leading him across the yard and into the barn. He noticed a blonde woman standing in the isle looking a little bit lost and raised an eyebrow curiously, leading O'Malley into the correct stall near the front, he unclipped the lead and turned in the stable doorway, casting an eye over her. Not someone he recognized. "You lost? Or is that your normal look?" He joked, his usual cheeky grin spreading across his face as O'Malley began to tear at the hay of his full haynet behind them.

Roscoe's face suddenly took on a confused look before she looked at the man, eyeing him from head to toe.
"Hey their handsome" she mocked, tilting her head at his comment before rolling her eyes. "Your joking right? You don't know me?" for once she was shocked- how did someone not know her? "No, I work here. And I'm guessing you do to" she smiled politely, crossing her arms over her chest and looking at the horse he had just put away. The horse was a gorgeous holsteiner, one of the prettiest she had ever seen.
She had just been holding the lead of one of the horses, which some idiot had left just wandering around. Her guess- it was Southern Affair, better known around here as Sam. She leaned her head towards the side, her head resting against the cool fur covered skin of his neck. "The names Roscoe, my friends call me Ross- at least they would if I had any friends. But I don't like socializing, so watch out" she did a small salute, handing him the lead and mumbling a "hold this for a second" before leaning down to pick her phone up, which she had dropped while trying to calm Sam down. As soon as she had bent over, Sam had risen his front right leg up and kneed her in the behind, sending the petite blonde flying forward into the ground.
Her hands shot out in front of her in an attempt to break the fall, which did little to stop her form barreling into him and continue to crash into the hard dirt floor. Roscoe had her eyes closed the whole time, so when she opened them and was staring down at a handsome male face, she instantly rolled off of him and landed on her back on the ground, using the backs of her arms to push herself up. "Sorry" she glanced at him, flashing a nervous and apologetic smile. Thats when she looked downa t her phone, which had been kicked into a pile of... crap. Horse Crap. "No. no, no, no, no" she whined, getting to her knees and looking at her disgusting iphone.

He could tell he'd surprised her a little, caught her off guard a little with his easy going joke. That was Jesse all over, he didn't care if he knew someone or if he'd just met them, anything he felt like saying came right out his mouth, normally accompanied by a cheeky grin or two. He didn't see the point in being quiet and withdrawn, it never got you anywhere, and he just couldn't shut his mouth even if he wanted to. He glanced over at the blonde woman, noting that she seemed a little confident in herself - and only noticing because she had the same look on her face that his uncle did when someone unexpected spoke to him. She was so confident, maybe too confident... "You work here? Sense when?"
Jesse chuckled slightly to her comment, seeing that the horse she patted - Sam - one of the brands' herd of competition lesson horses. He was a nice chap, very affectionate and keen to try and lick the young woman's palm to death. He turned momentarily to take off O'Malley's halter, giving him a quick pat; and closed the stable door.
Jesse couldn't help but chuckle at her comment. What an odd fellow she was. She sure was interesting. When he felt a small push on his upper body, when she pushed thelead rope in his hands. His eyebrow raised slightly.
"You know, Ross- you seem like a- WOAH!" He said when a feminine body fell down on top of his. His eyes opened and looked her in the eyes, his nose almost touching hers. When she rolled off of him he groaned in pain. Her elbow was digging into his gut.
Jesse sat up; surprisingly he was still holding onto the lead rope she have him. Good thing Sam was a pretty sound horse - considering on what just happened. He shook his head, putting his free hand on his forehead looking down as her iPhone fell in the crap. "Your very graceful aren't you. Shouldn't you take me out on a date before you lay on top of me?" He teased.

She grinned slightly, leaning towards him seductively, pucking her lips as if she was about to kiss him. "Oh I'm sorry, I just couldn't help myself. Your just soooo irresistable" she pouted her lips before lening backd and kicking at her shoe with the edge of her boot. "Thats just f*cking fantastic" she mumbled, getting to her feet and flinching in pain. Her back hurt- a lot. No doubt it was gonna leave a mark. Turning as far around as she could manage, she lifted the hem of her shirt to find a large lump on her lower back, the skin surrounding already bright red. "Thanks, Sam. Your a real catch" she reached out, gently swatting at his face and he tossed his head up and down as if he had been laughing.
"I never got your name, green eyes" she turned back towards him, holding her hand out for him to take. "And by the way, next time I fell on you, it's gotta be a bit more romantic, like in the movies. And the guy should be the one to help me up, not the other way around" she had a slight smirk on her pale lips, an egotistical smirk that would appear often throughout her lifetime.

A light breeze came through the barn, drifting dust and dirt with it. Nessy was at home because Sofina wanted to go to Starbucks before coming to the stable. Due to that, Nessy was most likely taking a nap on her dog bed.
Freedom's stall looked like it had been recently cleaned or he had recently just come in. Sofina didn't know the schedules for the other stable workers so she wouldn't really know. Thankfully, Freedom was usually people friendly.

Rosella knew Nicole's truck sound, and she got excited when she heard her shoes on the ground, and the truck stop. She whinnied in her stall moving side to side. She loved Nicole, but still didn't know a lot about her. She hoped she would be here for a long time so she could.

Freedom stretched his neck forward with his ears slightly back so he could listen to her. His back legs were calm as he stood there. He heard a horse moving and neighing in its stall, but he didn't really react. All he did was twitch an ear in the direction then ignored it.

Rosella shut her eyes briefly, and whinnied happily when she itched her. She loved her for this reason, and many others. Opening her eyes once more she looked over at the horse stall next to her and whinnied as she saw another girl there.

Freedom stood completely still and moved over whenever Sofina needed to go to the other side of him. His tail swished back and forth trying to keep some of the flies away from him. Being perfectly calm made him safe for Sofina to do whatever.

♔Tԋҽ Qυҽҽɳ♔ wrote: ""Um... I just started working here" it was a lie, a blatant, no strings attached lie. She just didn't want him looking at her like everyone else did- the look of pity. Oh look, that's the girl who'..."
Jesse raised an eyebrow and looked up at her hand, reaching out for for him to to take it. He shook his head and grabbed her hand; putting himself up from the cool ground. He swipped off his blue jeans, before looking back at the girl. "My names Jesse," he told her. A small grip appeared in his lips. "And your name? Blondie?" He said, turning his back away from her and closed the stall door to O'Malley's stall. He handed her Sam leap roap. "You might want to go and put him in his stall," to told her.

Kyle woke up to the annoying sound of his sister running around the house screaming. He groaned, lifting up his pillow and pulled it down over his ears. "Every morning!" He said to himself.
"MOM!? where are my shoes! His sister yelled.
" I don't know why don't you look in your closet, where there suppose to be!?" His mother yelled back.
"Don't you think I've looked?!!!!" His sister yelled back at his mother.
Even though Kyle's door was closed, it was fairly easy for him to hear every word, every door slam, every foot steps.
He pulled his pillow off his head, throwing it to the ground. His eyes opened, looking at the door.
"3...2.....1..." Right as he said one his sister came barging in his room.
"Did you take my shoes!?" She yelled at him.
Kyle moaned, annoyed by her yelling voice.
"No, I haven't," He said and pulled his warm blankets off his body. He shivered a bit, as his shirtless body was exposed to the cold house.
Kyle gave his sister an evil look, she instantly ran out of his room.
"haha," Kyle said. Like he was pleased with himself for making his sister leave. He turned around and fell back down in his bed for a few seconds, before he got back up again and walked out of his room and into the bathroom. He lazily grabbed his toothbrush and turned on the sink. He then reached his hand over to grab the the toothpaste, squeezing the toothpaste on his toothbrush, he placed his toothbrush in his mouth and slowly went back and forth, and forth... His younger sister Grace, running down the hallway as he brushed his teeth. It didn't seem to phase him because this kind of stuff happened every morning.
Kyle tilted his head, peaking out the door watching his eight year old sister run around in a shirt and her underwear. His eyebrow raised slightly. Grace threw her arms in the air and screamed. She tripped over herself and fell on the hard wood floor. Kyle sighed and walked out with his toothbrush hanging from his mouth. "are you okay," He asked with his hand on his sisters back.
Grace started to cry, her knee was bleeding. Kyle took out his toothbrush and walked back in the bathroom, grabbed some Neosporin and a bandaid and walked back out in the hallway where is sister was. He unwrapped the bandaid and screwed the cap off the ointment and squeezed it out on the bandaid. "here," he said and put it on her knee. "Now, don't run around in the house like that, its dangerous" he said and stood back up.
After he was done getting ready he walked in the kitchen for a quick breakfast.
"I'm going to the stables mom," He told her. His mom nodded her head as she was preparing eggs for her other children.
"Can I come?" Grace asked with her fork raised high in the air and a piece of bacon in her mouth.
"No, you need to stay here and help mommy around the house," he said and walked over to the counter and grabbed his keys. He reached over and gave Grace a kiss on the forehead and did the same with his mother.
"see you guys around nine tonight," He said walked walked over to the door and grabbed his coat off the coat rack and slipped if around his body. He walked out the door and over to his car and opened the door, he put his keys in the ignition, waiting a bit for the car to warm up and started driving down to the stables.
Kyle had one arm on the wheel and the other resting on his head. He drove down the road for a while, until he pulled into the driveway of the stables. He parked his car right next to the managers. He turned his car off and placed his keys in his jacket. He opened the door and got up and shut the door, making an echo of the car door shutting, due to the elevation. He sighed running his hands through his hair. He walked into the barn. The misty smell of hay and horse fur ran through his nose.
The horses banging on the stall doors and neighing.
"I hear you. I hear you," He said and walked down in aisle way and down to the grain room where he saw Chelsea.

Sofina took the bridle and placed the bit in Freedom's mouth to put the bridle over his head. Freedom was still as she did this and calm. A breeze came through the barn, hitting them with cool air. Freedom's eyes were half closed as Sofina strapped the bridle and made sure everything was secure.

Nicole secured the saddle as tight as she could without hurting her. She stepped back for a few seconds to make sure it looked good. Once satisfied she grabbed the bridal, and put the bit in her mouth. When Rosella finally stopped moving because of the bit she was able to finish.

Freedom lifted his head slightly and looked at the other human in the barn. He nickered at them before Sofina started to lead him out of the barn to the outdoor arena. The day was beautiful with chirping birds and squirrels jumping from the trees as they made there way over to an arena.

Rosella watched as Nicole walked away to get her helmet. A bad habit Rosella had was bitting on her bit which was what she started doing. Nicole mostly didn't yell at her for it just tapped her to get her to stop. When Nicole came back she put her head up straighter telling her she was ready.
