2. My favorite genre(s) are contemporary fiction and thrillers!
3. Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty. Moriarty is probably my favorite author. This book (like all of her others) built up the tension slowly and kept me wondering what would happen next until I had to stay up late just to finish it!
1. I am Ashley, and I’ll be attempting to moderate a super fun book club. I can’t wait to get started on the first read!
2. My favorite genres are historical fiction, mystery/crime/thrillers, memoir/biography, and classic lit
3. My favorite book has to be East of Eden by John Steinbeck. It’s visceral and dreamy—the landscape of the novel stretches over the Salinas Valley and into the territory of human depravity, guilt, and self-destruction, dripping with passionate yearning for freedom. Steinbeck is among the greatest writers of all time in my book of books.

2. My favorite genres are thrillers, romance, and really all kinds of different books! I usually read things when they are recommended to me or if I see them on a bestseller list.
3. My most recent favorite book is The Opposite of Loneliness by Marina Keegan. I think I find it interesting because of its backstory. The author was a lit major and was actually killed in a tragic accident shortly after her graduation so some close professors and teachers put together some of her best work she had written while in school. Each chapter is a different short story and they are each very captivating yet haunting when you think about the background information. I highly recommend!
